Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care and treatment according to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document medical histories accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and code blue alerts within the unit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or a valid NCLEX result.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligible for visa sponsorship or currently holding a valid work visa (H1B, TN, J1, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
