Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and infection control procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California or eligible for immediate licensure
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship provided)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
