Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians according to approved nursing protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to medical emergencies with rapid assessment and intervention.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain reciprocity).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced hospital setting.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Demonstrated ability to perform critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical situations.
- Commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practices.
