Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in specialized units (ER, Med-Surg, ICU)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes promptly
- Assist in emergency response procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (or equivalent international credentials)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification required
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly (evening/weekend shifts available)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship
