Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document accurate, timely medical records and charting.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in critical care situations.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligible for reciprocity).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong English language proficiency for effective patient communication and documentation.
- Eligibility for H1B Visa, Green Card sponsorship, or other work visa programs.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
