Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our emergency, critical care, or specialty departments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Adhere to JCAHO and state regulatory standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (required) or MSN (preferred)
- Valid U.S. nursing license or eligibility for endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Strong command of English language (written and verbal)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required) and specialty certifications preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Commitment to continuous professional development
