Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using advanced medical equipment including telemetry monitors and IV pumps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using provided electronic health records
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in emergency response protocols with on-site trauma equipment
- Mentor junior nursing staff utilizing simulation technology for training
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Valid BLS certification with ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC/Cerner)
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Ability to operate complex medical equipment independently
