Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units with adaptable scheduling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and delegate tasks according to scope of practice
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT sponsorship available)
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
