Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any U.S. state or eligible for licensure via compact
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's Degree considered
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+ required for visa candidates)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Eligible for U.S. work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or O1 categories)
- Strong communication skills and cultural adaptability
