Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States or eligible for licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Successful NCLEX-RN exam results or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
