Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control policies

Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for endorsement in Indiana)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- English proficiency (spoken/written) with IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 80+
- Ability to pass NCLEX and visa screening processes
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
