Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state or eligible for licensure by endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 80+)
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 3 months)
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- CPR/BLS certification required
