Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in our patient care continuum. You will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure the highest standard of medical treatment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication compliance, and post-discharge care.
- Document patient care activities, including observations, interventions, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care interventions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligible to obtain one).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility for U.S. Visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
