Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Assess patient conditions, document medical histories, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligible to obtain one).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Eligible or willing to work under H1B or other visa sponsorship programs.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
