Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or eligible for compact state endorsement
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing education
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification with willingness to obtain ACLS
- Eligibility for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
