Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status to identify changes or needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, medications, and treatment logs.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain U.S. work authorization (Visa Sponsorship).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
