Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, OR, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Document patient records with precision and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize electronic health records systems for accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for specialty roles)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications required
