Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor new nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or international equivalent
- Active nursing license in home country with eligibility for US licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or visa sponsorship through our immigration partners
- Strong communication and cultural adaptability skills
