Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth nursing services via secure video platforms
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide health education and medication management remotely
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations via telehealth protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state (or eligible for endorsement)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or remote care experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC a plus)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
