Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of California (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship sponsorship process (Green Card, H1B, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Previous experience in medical-surgical or critical care nursing is preferred.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
