Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute and critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies

Qualifications
- BSN degree or higher (foreign degrees evaluated by CES)
- Active RN license in California or eligible by endorsement
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+ required)
- Pass NCLEX exam or equivalent
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
