Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail

- Document patient assessments and outcomes in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or ability to obtain via endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS required for certain units)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or O-1 categories)
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
