Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency, med-surg, or ICU departments
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Mentor new nurses and nursing students
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN license or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- 1+ years clinical nursing experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS certification for ICU candidates
- Proficient in electronic medical records
- Eligible for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
