Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the flow of traffic efficiently.
- Communication Hub: Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, routing calls accurately and taking detailed messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and distribute information to staff members promptly.
- Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate calendars and appointments for the executive team, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Office Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Customer Assistance: Provide general information to callers and visitors, acting as the primary point of contact for our brand.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role (1+ years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
