Responsibilities

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the correct departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using calendar software.
- Maintain the reception area and office common spaces to ensure a tidy environment.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
