Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk operations, greet visitors warmly, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Manage appointment schedules and provide calendar management support for executives.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintain accurate office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory to ensure the workspace is well-stocked.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting room setups as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
