- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, send reminders, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, distribute packages, and maintain the reception area.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM and filing systems.
- Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or holidays if required.
