Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurses
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report patient status changes to clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in ongoing skills training and competency assessments
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (or international equivalent)
- No prior experience required – recent graduates welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient approach
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
