Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through our virtual health platform while adhering to NY state nursing standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using our integrated EHR system for seamless care coordination
- Provide telehealth consultations and remote patient monitoring for diverse populations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects

Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State or ability to obtain through our sponsorship program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or telehealth settings
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
