Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual using a multi-line phone system.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage couriers, and assist with data entry and document filing.
- Client Relations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
