What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued immediately.
- Manage a high-volume switchboard, answering inquiries and routing calls accurately to the correct departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document scanning.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and manage the company calendar.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
