Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone triage
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient databases
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and wait times
- Process insurance verification and collect co-payments accurately
- Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Prepare correspondence and communications for patients and providers
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and MS Office Suite
