- Algorithm Optimization: Translate complex mathematical models into efficient quantum algorithms using frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware partners to ensure seamless software-hardware interoperability for enterprise clients.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of quantum computing trends to advise stakeholders on strategic technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, including lattice-based cryptography and hash-based signatures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
