Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of microservices patterns and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions)
