Responsibilities
- Participate in 12-week paid IT training program covering networking, security, and cloud fundamentals
- Assist with hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to internal employees via ticketing system and in-person
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Contribute to system monitoring and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Willingness to relocate to New Orleans, LA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
