Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 99.9% reliability targets
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead implementation of quantum-safe encryption protocols across distributed networks
- Create predictive maintenance models for quantum hardware using ML algorithms
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standardization
- Document architecture blueprints using quantum circuit simulation tools
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or equivalent cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering or peer-reviewed journals
