Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing systems with 99.999% reliability
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks spanning continental distances
- Lead implementation of cryogenic quantum control systems at scale
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across physics, engineering, and AI domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing large-scale distributed quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in quantum information science
- Security clearance for quantum-sensitive projects
