Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware performance metrics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to experimental rigor
