Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for error correction and computational acceleration
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelity in cryogenic quantum systems
- Lead interdisciplinary research projects combining quantum computing with machine learning frameworks
- Develop quantum simulation models for complex molecular and material systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to translate theoretical models into physical quantum processors
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international quantum computing conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
