Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes in cryogenic environments
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Develop patentable methodologies for error correction in qubit systems
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related computational field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning from recognized institutions
