Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive lab innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and circuit optimization
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological computing
- Track record of translating theoretical research into practical applications
