Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure NSF/DARPA grants for advanced quantum computing initiatives
- Develop quantum cloud APIs for enterprise integration by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Strong track record of translating theory to practical applications
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
