Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error correction protocols for next-gen quantum processors
- Lead research projects targeting quantum advantage in machine learning and AI
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum software development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Demonstrated track record of published quantum computing research
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python, C++, Julia)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
