Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware prototypes
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Partner with IBM/Microsoft on quantum cloud integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq frameworks and quantum simulators

- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
