Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, cryptography, and quantum error correction techniques
- Familiarity with superconducting, trapped-ion, or photonic quantum computing architectures
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and complex systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
