Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting platforms

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and control
- Strong track record of securing government research grants
