Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Design and simulate quantum hardware architectures using Qiskit and Cirq

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and assembly-level optimization
- Clearance for DoD quantum research projects preferred
