Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor operation
