Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems to validate theoretical models
- Develop error correction techniques to advance fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype quantum software solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python, C++)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex interdisciplinary problems
