Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications

- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Identify commercial applications for quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum programming
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq quantum computing frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research
- Experience with NISQ-era quantum processors and error correction techniques
